How revisions are handled and the conditions under which refunds apply.

1.Our standard
We want every design to be right. If a delivered design does not meet your agreed case specifications, we will revise it. Because we deliver design files and not finished restorations, this policy covers the design work — not milling or printing results produced on your own equipment.
2.Revisions return to your original designer
By default, a revision goes back to the senior designer who built your case, for continuity. It is reviewed through quality control again before the files are re-delivered.
3.3 client-change rounds are included
Every case includes 3 client-change rounds. If a revision is needed because the design did not match your approved prescription, it does not count against that allowance and there is no charge — designer-error fixes never consume the allowance and never create a client charge.
4.Beyond the allowance, or new requirements, use credits
Once the included client-change rounds are used, a further revision costs 50% of that case credit cost. Changing the original prescription or adding new requirements may also consume credits. Anything chargeable is quoted in the platform before we proceed, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Same-case revisions close within 7 working days; later changes start a new paid case.
5.Refunds
CAD Credits are prepaid. If we cannot produce a design that meets your agreed specifications, the credits for that case are refunded after an admin review. The first-case discount reduces the credits charged for that case; the discounted amount follows the same refund rules.
6.How to request
Start a revision or refund request from the case in the platform. Every request is reviewed by our team, and we aim to resolve it fairly.
