No. CADCAMly is a design service and software platform — we deliver design files, not milled or printed restorations. We do not mill, print, ship, or sell hardware.

How do CAD Credits work?

1 CAD Credit equals $1 USD. Each service has a credit cost; you buy credits in packs (larger packs include bonus credits) or pay per case as you go.

Do I have to buy a pack?

No. Pay-as-you-go lets you pay per case at the standard rate with no pack and no commitment — a low-friction way to start.

How does the first-case discount work?

Accepted Answer

Your first chargeable case is 50% off, up to 15 credits. A routine crown normally costs 10 credits, so your first routine crown is $5. The discount is applied automatically when the case is submitted.

How fast is turnaround?

Most single-unit cases are delivered within 24 hours. Every case moves through a clear pipeline — file check, design, quality control, and review — and you can track its status at each step. A 4–8 hour rush option is available when you need a case sooner.

Question 11

What if I need a revision?

Accepted Answer

You can request changes through the platform. Each case includes 3 client-change rounds. If a revision is needed because the design did not match your approved prescription, it does not count against that allowance and there is no charge. After the allowance, a further client-change revision costs 50% of that case credit cost — quoted in the platform before we proceed, and nothing is charged until you confirm. Same-case revisions close within 7 working days; later changes start a new paid case. Each revision is reviewed and routed back through quality control before the files are re-delivered.

Which languages do you support?

The platform is fully available in Arabic, English, and Spanish — each built natively, with Arabic as a first-class right-to-left experience.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No monthly minimum, no scanner exclusivity, and no contract. Use CADCAMly when you need it — there is no lock-in.

Are my cases kept confidential?

Yes. Files are transferred and stored securely, access is controlled and audited, an NDA is available on request, and case data is never used to train any model without explicit, tracked consent.

Do designers see my identity?

No. Our designers work on anonymized cases and never see your identity, contact details, billing, or original filenames. The privacy wall is enforced by the platform.
