Cadcamly provides CAD/CAM dental design services only. We do not manufacture restorations or provide clinical treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

Verify all designs before clinical use

3. Medical Disclaimer

Cadcamly is not a healthcare provider. All clinical responsibility lies with the dentist or dental lab.

4. Payments

Services are billed per case or unit. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs remain Cadcamly property until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive usage rights only.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions may be included
Major redesigns may require additional fees

7. Turnaround Time

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cadcamly is not liable for clinical outcomes, patient complications, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Confidentiality

All data, case files, and communications are treated as strictly confidential.

10. Data Protection

We follow GDPR and HIPAA-aligned practices to protect all data.

We may suspend services for violations or non-payment.

Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

All services are custom digital dental designs. Due to their nature, services are non-refundable once work has started.

2. No Refund After Delivery

No refunds will be issued after design delivery. Clients must review files before use.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Minor revisions may be provided upon request
Major changes may require additional fees

4. Incorrect Input Data

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect scans, impressions, or instructions.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if the service was not delivered or due to a verified internal error.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
